I have consulted with Ana Brkan for the past 2years both on a personal and business level. I have used the firm for various types of legal work but in particular for negotiation and renewal of the lease on my restaurant property at which time I found the work performed to be of an excellent standard. Ana was available at all times to answer any questions that I had and I found she always acted in my best interest. I can thoroughly recommend her as a lawyer.

Thank-you Ana for your help facilitating the sale of my business. You made the process extremely easy for me, advising me through the negotiating process, drafting and executing the sale deeds and liaising with my accountant resolving any issues that arose. Arranging the new Trust deeds and company registration for me was fantastic, i love working with people who are precise and can talk to you on a personal level, i can't thank you enough. I highly recommend both Ana and her team.
We recently purchased a property in QLD and Insight Law were recommended to us by the Real Estate Agent. We contacted Ana Da Silva who was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the onset.
She was helpful, courteous, friendly, efficient and informative every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond in some circumstances. She informed us of our responsibilities in plain English and her costs were fair and reasonable. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone purchasing property in Brisbane.
Yours truly, B and J Van Cornewal
We recently used Ana Brkan to handle the sale of our property, together with the purchase of an additional property. Both settlements needed to occur on the same day.
Ana did our legal work, which was quite complex , and both settlements proceeded like clockwork. Ana was always available to answer my questions. We were very happy with the service provided and are happy to recommend Insight Law.
